Refund Policy

Order cancellations (if applicable)

All orders can be cancelled until they are packed and shipped, subject to the cancellation fees below (does not include products that explicitly stated no cancellations/refunds in the product description). If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us before we ship your package. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified/cancelled.

Within 2 hours 5.9% of order amount + USD 0.50 
Before your order has been shipped 15% of order amount 

 

You will be refunded the full amount less the cancellation fee, to your original payment method.

Returns / Refunds (if applicable)

Our return policy lasts 30 days. Please contact us for any returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

You can request a full refund or reshipment in the following situations:

  • if you received the wrong item
  • if you received an item with major defects

You can request a full refund in credits or reshipment in the following situations:

  • if there are no updates to the tracking information for more than 3 months (90 days) 

We are not able to provide a refund in the following situations:

  • if a discount code was applied to your order
  • if your item was on sale (all items included in storewide sales are final)
  • if your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, failing to collect the item on time, or failing to pay customs tax, causing the parcel to be returned to us)
  • if your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of libertasmotors.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, mail theft/loss, delayed by a natural disaster or disease outbreak)
  • other exceptional circumstances outside the control of libertasmotors.com

Please ensure that you receive a confirmation of your refund before returning any items to us. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

You may be provided with a partial refund in store credits in the following situations:

  • if your item is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • if your item has a minor defect that does not affect its use (unless the item is stated as final sale on the product page; usually applies to official merch)
  • if you wish to return or exchange the item after 30 days of receiving your item

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size or color of your item, please contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs.  

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless you have received confirmation from us.

 

Reshipments (if applicable)

Reshipment of items will incur a shipping and handling fee (USD 8 - 25, depending on the size of the package) if you wish to keep the item you have received. Please contact us at libertasmotors.cs@gmail.com to make further arrangements.

This also applies to parcels that have been returned to us by the logistics carrier (due to factors within your control). Such parcels will only be reshipped when the returned parcel has been received at our warehouse.

 

Notifications for Successful/Unsuccessful Returns & Exchanges (if applicable)

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Paypal account or original method of payment within 14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund after 14 business days, you may wish to do the following:

  • contact your credit card company; the refund may have been processed but not yet officially posted
  • contact your bank; the refund may have been processed but not yet officially posted

Notice for Sale Items (if applicable)
We would like to reiterate that only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged and are final. Sale items do not include items that have been discounted from their usual price. Sale items include the following:

  • items that were checked out using a discount code
  • items that were checked out during a storewide sale

 

Shipping of Items Intended for Return / Exchange (if applicable)

For all returns and exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

To return your product, you should contact us at libertasmotors.cs@gmail.com for our warehouse address. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your item to reach us may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your item.
